The Power of Community: Building a Stronger Alberta Together with ALL IN FOR YOUTH

At its heart, the ALL IN FOR YOUTH program is deeply rooted in community. It recognizes that empowering young Black individuals is not just about individual success stories; it's about fostering a collective sense of belonging, support, and shared progress. When our Black youth thrive, the entire Alberta community benefits.

Think about the ripple effect. A young entrepreneur empowered by ALL IN FOR YOUTH to launch their business creates jobs and contributes to the local economy right here in Alberta. A young leader who receives mentorship and develops their skills goes on to contribute their talents to local organizations and initiatives. These individual successes build a stronger, more dynamic community for all Albertans.

The Zimbabwe Cultural Society of Alberta (ZCUSA) founded ALL IN FOR YOUTH with a vision of upliftment that extends beyond the individual. We believe that by investing in the potential of Black youth, we are investing in the future of our province. This program fosters:

• Stronger Social Connections: By bringing together youth, mentors, and community leaders, ALL IN FOR YOUTH creates a network of support and belonging.

Living here in Edmonton, we see firsthand the incredible potential within our diverse communities. ALL IN FOR YOUTH aims to unlock that potential by providing the resources and support that enable young Black Albertans to become active participants and leaders in shaping our collective future.
